Scott Maclean: "Everything is still going well."
Who remembers that news item we posted about Scott Maclean joining 3D Realms as a level designer? No one except our own Kristian, to whom I'd make love if he were a girl. Anyway, Scott updated his ultra-sexy website with news about how things are going at his job. Of course, knowing you're too damn lazy to click links, I'll just quote him here:
Six months since I updated. Not much has changed - everything is still going well. Things at work continue to make me jazzed to get up in the morning. Our team is just top-notch. I've been enjoying working on the levels I've been assigned, and everybody is responding well to the work I'm doing. In addition, the other designers continue to pump out work that just blows my mind. I'm really looking forward to the day when we can start showing off what we've been doing. All in all, 2007 has shaped up to be a much more enjoyable year than 2006 was. 
Isn't that great? Why yes it is. Now excuse me while I ask for screenshots and a release date while I find a hiding place to avoid getting raped for curious speculation. Good day. December 15th Update - Maclean strikes again!
Yikes. Man - say something fairly innocent about how you've enjoyed the year and the next thing you know it's plastered all over the 'net. As a reminder - nothing I say here reflects any position, opinion, or anything else of 3D Realms - or anybody besides me for that matter. I'm not some spokesman, official or unofficial, for any company, etc. All the stuff on this page is just random stuff that I jot down every few months. I just like what I do for a living and where I do it at (and I'd like to keep it that way).
