Polymer Officially Released!
Holy crap, guys. Not only do we have news to update the site with, we also have the opportunity to proudly announce the release of Plagman's Doom 3-style renderer for EDuke32, commonly known as Polymer. If you don't know what Polymer is, check out the trailer.
As is noted on the EDuke32 homepage, the Polymer renderer is a replacement for Ken Silverman's "Polymost" renderer, adding real time dynamic colored lighting and shadow mapping, specular normal map support, support for detail textures, glow effects, and other cool shit that you might not be geeky enough to possibly comprehend!
You'll need a relatively good PC to run Polymer--the minimum requirements for your graphics card are the GeForce 6 series/ATI X1x00. Here are some maps/modifications for Duke Nukem 3D using EDuke32 and Polymer:
