Duke Nukem Forever Preview on IGN

It's an interesting read:

It's anachronistic, for sure, but this strange blend of comic misogyny and superhero strength still has an appeal in a climate so very different to the one in which it was born. Duke is, and always will be, a product of the hedonism of mid-nineties game development and that much will never change, but he doesn't need a reboot or a restyling – he's still the same outrageous character as he was back then, and for that we love him. It's something that's becomes brilliantly clear as we pluck a freshly coiled turd from a toilet cubicle and fling it at a soldier as Duke protests "What am I? Some kind of chimpanzee?"
